One builder, four languages
ZEBRA Construction and Works Group is based in Mijas and builds across the western Costa del Sol. It is run by the person who founded it — on every site, and reachable in four languages.
Daniel González
Daniel has spent his working life on building sites on the western Costa del Sol — first for other contractors, managing new builds and full reforms for clients who were rarely in the country, then on his own account. He founded ZEBRA Construction and Works Group in 2016.

Spanish is his first language, and he works daily in English, German and French. On this coast that matters more than it sounds. Most of what a client needs is not construction. It is the town hall, the notary, the electricity supply, the water contract, the insurer who only answers in Spanish, the school term that starts before the house is finished. Clients buying from abroad arrive with a building project and discover a hundred small errands attached to it, most of them in a language they do not speak.
Clients turn into friends. If a favour can be done, it gets done.
That is the part of the job he is known for. He answers the questions that are not strictly his to answer, makes the call to the gestor, meets the meter reader, chases the licence, recommends the dentist. None of it appears on a quote. It is the reason most new work arrives through someone he has already built for.
He is involved in every project ZEBRA takes on, walks each site weekly, and still answers the phone himself — in whichever of the four languages you call in.
